Executive Property Shoot
This week I have been shooting an
executive/celebrity property in Hill Head.
This week I have been shooting a recently built
executive/celebrity property in Hill Head. I have just completed the exterior
shots for the owners to send to a select agency to market the property to their
wealthy clients. I'm also commissioned to photograph the interior of this luxury
sea-front property for a brochure when it comes up for
sale.
I'm afraid that there are no
images, as this property is being exclusively marketed, and as such I wouldn't
have a property release for the images at this time, although I'd hope to be
able to use some of them when it is sold. Notably this property has some
stunning views over the Solent, and very nice features. I used some complex
lighting to make some of the exterior views work to show the features to their
best, including remote triggering from some distance away. As with all real
estate photography making the best of the property, location and features is
critically important, as is incorporating key benefits to the site - in this
case the views over the Isle of Wight, with a sunny blue sky, and great shot of
the clear Solent view.
