Fujifilm professional award from Envisage - September
Once again we have been fortunate enough to win a
merit in the prestigious Envisage awards. This month we nearly didn't get around
to entering, and as I was processing Carolyn and Damon's wedding last Saturday I
picked a couple of images I really liked that I had prepared for the blog, and
entered them. The deadline for the competition was midnight and I think my
upload made it at about 11:45 (only 15 minutes to spare !).

successes in this competition Carolyn is in the running for a £1000 prize
should my image of her be considered the outright winner in January. So far only
44 images have qualified of which we have approximately 9%
!I really like shooting this half face
shot - and as I said below in the original post they don't always come off. So
now I'm doubly pleased that the Envisage judges liked it as well....here it is
again
