Meonshore Studios attends SWPP convention
We have just returned from a long four days up in
London at the SWPP convention. This is the premier learning event for wedding
& portrait portrait photographers in Europe and a key component in our
annual education and training.
We have just returned from a long four days up in
London at the SWPP convention. This is the premier learning event for wedding
& portrait portrait photographers in Europe and a key component in our
annual education and training. This investment allows us to continually update
our style, understanding, and experience in all aspects of our photography
business and we are confident that many of the new ideas, products, and skills
will benefit our clients this year and
beyond.
It is also a commitment to our
clients to continually improve our photography, find the best products in the
world, and to be part of a network of excellent
photographers.
Critically we spent a
significant amount of time listening to and talking with some of the most
experienced and talented photographers in the world understanding how they
achieve some of their stunning work, album designs and products. It was a
pleasure to spend time with people like Ryan Schembri, Martin Schembri and Jerry
Ghionis, from Australia - Michael Redmond, Doug Gordon and Mitche Graf from
America and also to talk to Klarke Caplin and Peter Prior from the
UK.
We also took the opportunity to
review some of the new products being shown by some of the quality vendors and
we will be following up with some of them for new frames and gift cards
specifically.
Now that we are back it
is time to work towards our next major event - a Bridal Fayre in early February
and to complete some client albums from last year. We will post these as soon as
we have more information.
